Help with identifying

Sounds good. I've tried asking some of my buddies with tanks with no luck.

are they green and fairly solid? I bet they are bubble algae.

It's a clear egg shaped jelly with a clear green jelly inside of that.

It looks like a bubble coral. If it is, and you want to keep it, keep it away from strong lights and heavy water movement. They're hard to keep and aggressive so keep it away from other corals. To survive, it needs to be fed.
But I could be wrong. I'm not an expert on corals. I just looked it up.

Them? Meaning more than one? Its a freebie. A hitchhiker. Didn't say it was a bad coral just an aggressive one. A lot of corals are. They wage chemical warfare on each other. If you have good filtration it shouldn't be a problem with other corals. Just research how to take care of them and enjoy.
