Help with Magnum 350 Canister

I have a Marineland Magnum 350 canister filter on my 46g bow tank. It has been running without a problem for 2 months now, and the past few days it has been spraying out bursts of micro bubbles. Any idea as to why it may have started that? I re-primed the filter, but now there is a small vacum on bubbles in the canister that is spraying out bubbles also, which i don't recal it doing in the begining. Is this swirl of bubbles in the canister normal? and why would it be spraying bubbles out for no reason before? Thanks in advance.

Check your seal at the top of the canister, if it gets rolled or pinched when you install the lid it will pull air into the canister.
