Help with my Bakpak

I have had a bakpak skimmer for the past 2 years and have used with with very little problems. Suddenly, in the last couple of weeks, my skimmer no longer produces any bubbles. The pump is pumping water just fine, and the hose that is attached to the airstone is not clogged up. Any ideas what the problem with my skimmer could be?

Take it apart and clean everything....

What is there to take apart? I took the whole skimmer off the aquarium cleaned everything but the black tubes in it. I also didn't take apart the pump, but it seems to be working fine.
