help with my domino damsel

I have a domino damsel that a few weeks ago his color started to fade, is this normal (my other one hasn't faded and I bought them at the same time). The reason for the inquiry is whether or not I should pull him and put him in QT.

They fade as they grow and mature. The dots will fade as well.
