help!!!!!!!!!!with my seabea anamone

i just got a new seabea anamone..its always going upside down, is that normal?..its foot is always on top......there is very light current in the area it is at....i noticed this first 24 hrs of havining it

i dont know how normal that is but my sabea laid on its side for a good three hours before burying his foot under some rock.also it say on swf.com that it can take up to a week to aclimate itself.hope that helps.good luck

I might suggest trying to burry the foot of the anemone in the sand if possible, or just relax and let him finish acclimating to your tank. It will be very natural for it to purge itself and expand and contract while it stablizes its body to the new tank chemistry. If however it continues then perhaps it means that your water chemistry is not sutible and needs to be checked.
