gona take it back this evening--btw --what is velvet introduced inside the tank as an ear;lier post said??any help

velvet, yuo mean like a fuzzy matt either blue greeen or red brown?? maybe cyano, kinda looks like a velvetif it gets thick
is it algae like, if so, you can take it out, won' t hurt nothignif you remove it

I havent been on the board very long and SLOWLY going through past post but there are alot of them I am back about 3 or 4 months now I think. I read through the post and from what I read made a recomendation of sorts to it. Sorry if I hit on a sunject that was nervy or already heard, if you were taking it back on not getting another tang. but hey we all fall in to the well maybe it will be allright, or I will upgrade later and do things that others say are the right way. me I have a yellow tang in a 55gal because my mom wanted one, (almost as bad as a child in some respects except with money to blow. I had to set up 2 more tanks to keep the critters that she bought for me that couldnt go into a reef setup LOL).
