Its hard to suggest what else you can add without knowing size. But just by the pic, you need more LR, you can mix with dead rock to save money. Yes, just pile it up, but make ledgea for corals to sit on, and caves for the fish to swim in and out of. I would say you can at least afew more fish, maybe a firefish and a blenny or gobie? Wrasses are nice fish also. Whats the flow like in the tank? If you don't have any, add afew powerheads. You don't have enough lighting for an anenome, but you can probably add some low light corals like mushrooms and zoos.
