Help with new Mushroom

Hey guys I have found all the happy places for my new corals but 1 frag, It is call "Superman" mushrooms and I just can't seem to find a good spot for these guys to fully open up. Any suggestions on placement. I tried all around middle locations, from bright to midrange to in the full shade, all others types have fully opened and looking great! Yes all water conditions are tip top shape and temp 78-80 is about where that stays Salt 1.024. Everything else in my tanks looks better than when they where at the LFS but these guys, Lights Pheonix 2 150w 14k DE MH I have had them for 5 days.
The first photo is my frags peice and the 2nd one is what they should look like.

Where do you have them in your flow, and how much flow????

You should be O.K. then.....You might try to move them down a little, but with 14 k's I wouldnt think that they are getting cooked. I have several different types of shrooms, and they seem to be undaunted as to where I place them...with the exception that they do not like high flow, and will contract when placed in it. One other thing I do on a regular basis is dose with tropic marin iodine or Lughols solution.....the old German guy @ my favorite LFS told me to do this, and all my shrooms and softies seem to benefit. If you decide to go this path, don't be fooled by buying the watered down products such as "Kent Iodine" they will not make any difference in my opinion. You may want to caution and read up as I understand that Iodine is one of those things that can kill all in your tank..I bought the test kit for it, but it takes a rocket scientist to perform, so I have just been following the directions on the label. I know I will probably get blasted for this...

I just bought one yesterday and put it near the bottom low flow.

ok I have moved it all the way to the bottom yours looks so good. I will see how they do there for a few days.

well i tell you what...the best place for it would be in my tank
....i will hold them for you until you figure out where you want to put them

I got lucky and got one of them free as a hitchiker on a piece of rock that I bought. I have it in a medium flow mid placement and in the 2 months that I have had it it has split twice and opens to around 2.5 inches. I like the blue spots on it as that is about the only blue in my tank. The 2 babies open to around .5 inch right now, but I am enjoying watching them grow daily.
