help with posting

I am trying to post a pic of something I would like identified. When I do a box pops up and says I "do not have permission" to post anything.
Why would that be or how do I fix it ?

are you using the icon for instert image above the text box? Is the image file on your pc or is it on the web somewhere?

I am using the paperclip above. I have tried to insert it from a camera and then from my PC. Both won't let me

the paperclip is to attach a file of somekind, like a PDF or DOC. go 2 spots to the left and use that button.

OK -= I figured it out. I am going to post a pic to ID on another thread so everyone can see. I needed to insert image, not attachment...hold on
