I have a 55 gallon tank that is drilled with two 1" drains & a 3/4" return line.
The height from the bulkheads down to the sump area is around 65"
What size pump will I need?
What size Sump would be ideal?
I plan on using a New Coralife 65 Super Skimmer.

A Danner Mag Drive 7 return pump should be plenty for what you are doing. It puts out 700gph at zero foot of head and has some pressure. Ideal for your situation. A better alternative is an Eheim pump that is rated around the same gph. They put slightly less heat in the water, albeit more expensive for such a tiny amount of difference.
A 20g long would be the most ideal, but in most 55g aquarium stands from the store - that will be quite a challenge to get it to fit properly. Most of the time you will end up having to order a sump - which most likely will be around 16g and fit underneath your 55g. Take your stands base measurements inside of the stand and then do a search for "proclear sumps"
A coralife super skimmer is perhaps also one of those newbie mistake skimmers. After you use it for a little while, you will realize that it is a pain in the rear to dial in correctly and unscrewing the collection cup is a pain as well. But, since it is new, go ahead and use it and see for yourself. :D
By the way, welcome to the forums! I hope you enjoy your stay!

Thanks I'll look into the Mag 7
The 55 gallon tank stand was built by myself.
The inside base measurements of my stand is 48'L x 14''D x 36''T, A 20 gallon long should fit nice I assume.
What would you suggest over the coralife super skimmer thats under $150?
