Help with Remora Skimmer

I bought a used Remora skimmer and I believe that it's the Nano version. I have the collection cup as high as it will go and it still fills the cup up with mostly water in a couple of hours. Should I replace the MJ 1200 with a 900? Any other suggestions? Thanks

There should be an air adjuster somewhere on the skimmer.
All the skimmers Ive had have a air house coming from the pump that comes up near the spout(I guess thats what you call it) and it has a knob that you turn to adjust it.
The first skimmer I ever got I didnt know what I was doing, I thought it was normal for the cup to fill up in 10 seconds....

ya i dont think the remora has the air adjustment, bc i think it just shoots a jet of water that then hits a plate to break it up (not really sure though ha). But is the skimmer pulling out scum, bc if so you might let it just do its thing and it should slow down after a couple days. Also if its new they will have oils in the skimmer from it being put together that can cause excess collection, but the same thing has to be done, just let it run and it will slow down after a couple days.
