Help with sand

I have a problem with keeping my sand clean. I have 90 gallon tank. With 3 cuccumbers 10 hermit crabs, 3 emerald crabs, 5 sand sifting snails, 12 nassarius snails, also i have a diamond goby and a mandarin. My sand still looks horrible, what else should i get to help with this problem? THanks

im assuming its diatoms, if so use RO water for water changes, and dont feed so much, also phosguard helped me out with controlling diatoms in my tank

Im already using RO water from the LFS. What is phosguard and where can I find it?

Make sure you have a brisk flow of water moving across your sand. That will help dramatically.

its like carbon but it removes phosphate and silicate from the water, which is the food source of daitoms
you can get it at any online retailer
