Help with shipment

Im expecting and order at work(soft coral). I can get home too soon. If I take some tank water to work and add to the water in the bags will this buy me some extra time?How much more time? The shipment was sent overnight. I know I shouldve sent it home and take the day off but I need the money.

I too have my shipment sent to work. I usually take a half day off and get them home as soon as I can, usually within two hours of getting them. The earlier the better. I personally don't think you buy much time adding your tank water to the bag at work. But maybe putting an air stone in the bag occassionally might buy you a little time. HTH
