If I make a sump out of a 15 gal tall tank (20x10x18) with 3 sec-left side skimmer SS65, middle sand & micro, and right side for return mag 7 what hight and space do I need for each baffle? Anyone? Thanks

If I were you I would put the fuge first, then the skimmer and then the return. The fuge part needs to be as deep as you can get it for maximum effectiveness. The middle section with the skimmer depends completely on your model of skimmer. If it is an in sump skimmer then the depth of that chamber depends solely on where your skimmer likes to operate. I have a Kent TE skimmer and it likes a depth of about 5 inches. Last, I would make the last chamber (if you really need one which I don't think you do) as deep as the pump and just a little deeper.
I would put the fuge first because it HAS to be deep. Water only flows downhill and so you will have to put it first, followed by a shallower skimmer section and then and even shallower pump section.

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to build a small basic sump! Do you know any sites that has plans or plans for sale with all the info I need to build a sump/fuge? I've read all the sump/fuge threads on here for the past 3 months.

No I don't know of any sites other than this one that have specific plans for sumps. Google is your friend... :)
I built mine out of a simple 10 gal glass aquarium. All I did was glue one plexiglass dam in it with aquarium silicon. One chamber is for the fuge and the smaller one is for my return.
