help with tank suggestions, please??

Ok, So I live in a small one bedroom apartment. I want to get an tank that is an ok size.
My biggest concern is having to move it if and when i move. For right now a 50gal is too much.
I was looking anywhere between 20-40gal max. The 24gal aquapod looks nice, but thought i let others tell me what they recommend. What about JBJ??
If I can find something that does not have too many outside accessories that would be great since i do live in small one bedroom.
Any pros, cons or suggestions??
Oh yeah i'm thinking about having some fish in there and reef in it.

I got a 12 gal. eclipse tank and modified it a little bit because the only bad thing about those tanks that I've discovered is the lighting that it comes with is only a 13watt compact florescent...not enough for a reef tank which i have....after that though it's a really good tank. and i was worried about space too and moving eventually, so thats what my suggestion to you would be...but if you can afford bigger, go for it!

I would suggest looking over in the Nano Tanks section on these boards. That should give you a pretty good idea of what tanks other folks are using and also provide more specific detailed information about equipment you can use.
