Hello, I really need help on getting my tunze 9002 skimmer to skim correctly in my 29 gallon biocube. I purchased the cube with the skimmer included and can't seem to get it to run correctly. Do I take out the false floor in chamber 2? Because that seems to be the only way the water level in chamber 2 is high enough for the skimmer, however, like this... the cup goes all the way into the chamber also. Other people that I see use this, their cup is out of the chamber partially. Can someone please help me? Thank You!

I own the same aquarium and the same skimmer, both are amazing.
Tools Needed;
Hack Saw
Pearing Knife
Sand Paper or File
Sharpie
Towel
Time
First take out the second chambers false bottom.
Second mark where you want the cup to be. The way I did this was to magnet the skimmer in and set it at its correct level (without the cup). Put the cup over the hole and mark about an eighth inch to the left and right of where the cup is.
Third set your towel in chamber two just to cover the water if you have it filled because it may get a little messy.
Fourth take your hack saw and cut where you marked all the way to the edge.
Fifth use the pearing knife to cut the edge that is the wall (should be easy just insert knife at 90* angle and force through).
Lastly file down edges and clean up bits of the plastic.
