Help with Yellow Tang

Hey there, i have a very healthy yellow tang but today he is starting to swim very awkwardly, Up and down and waddeling instead of horzontally, but i do see him starting to deficate slightly, could he be taking a big poop and trying to help it out? has anyone else seen this behavior? "No im not kidding" LOL regards

what size tank is he in what are your water parameters also have you fed anything differently?

He is in a 29g water parameters i have not checked YET, but i did just add a refugium, but i dont think that anything to do with it i hope, also i did see him picking at a SILVERSLIDE that slipped out of my anemone? but ive seen him pick at silverslides before, his breathing doesnt look abnormal, im gonna keep an eye on him and hope it passes and will let you know. IVE HAD HIM FROM DAY 1 and he has been through SO MUCH with me and all kinds of stress. Im sure you have a fish that you really LOVE! will this is that one fish for me! Regards!

How long has he been in your tank and how big is he? Also, what are your water parameters? 29 gallons is too small for any tang and he may be showing signs of stress from being in a tank that small.

MY Yelow Tang has stopped acting strange and is back to normal THANK-GOD, He took a big poop and is acting normal again, I know this sounds crazy but could he/do fish get constapated? I wonder, but in the case with my yellow i would say yes! regards and thanks to anybody who offered help!
