I have a question about worms. I used to just notice white worms which were kinda stringy. I knew those were okay but now I see tons of redish orange fuzzy caterpiller looking ones on my rocks. PLEASE tell me if this okay or terrible!! thanks

those orange colored catepillar worms are more then likely small bristle worms. They are a good thing because they are eating detritus and left over food. They help clean the lr and substrate.
