I lost power last night, I have my tank running on power from my truck in the garage. What is a dangerously low temp for the corals and fish? Usually my tank stays at 80, it has droped to about 74, and now it is slowing getting back up to 80, but I can not run the power off my truck all night.

anything below 72. coral reefs rarely drop below that in the wild. also extreme cold can put your fish into shock, so watch out for that as well. i hope you get power back soon, i know how bad it sucks not to have power!

yeah power is back on, it was out since last night. My inside temp was in the mid 40s, my tank was 70, I added a new heater today and everyone seems fine now that the lights are on.
