I have never used/seen one but I'll give it a shot. It looks like you have them labeled right. I can't see inside but does the output come from the bottom of the reaction chamber? The long dirty hose goes to a separate waste container b/c its conected to the collection cup. Again just a guess but it looks like a ventri stye that will need a pump and a ventri kit to introduce air to the skimmer.
Shop around and see if you can find one of similar size and see what pumps they recommend.
