Today when I turned on my light for my fish tank. I noticed that there was a little white speck alittle below his eye. But I don't think it was a ich spot it looked like something else. Can anyone help me and what should I do?
Below who's eye? What are your tank levels (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, temp, and salinity)? Do you have your lights on a timer or do you just turn them on randomly?

Yep your being a to vague. Let people know exactly what your water parameters are tank size, tank mates etc. I would think there is a character limit on this board but I think its safe to say your no where near it.
Go ahead and do some typing.
Tangs are susceptible to infections and parasite attacks of various kinds. If he is still active and eating perfect water conditions and diet should bring him through any problems. An excellent food is Formula two with garlic. The green package and preferably the frozen variety.
My tank is an 80gallons. My levels are, NITRATE is 10ppm pH is 8.0 NITRITE 0ppm Ammonia is .25 ppm.
Tank mates are:
1 True percula
1Black percula
2 green chromis
1 Fox face
1yellow tang
1 red sea sailfin tang
3 red head gobies
2 zebra bar gobies
20 hermits
1 straw berry crab
2 skunk cleaner shrimp
1 tiger shrimp
And before all of you yell at me for my tank being to small my tangs and fox face they look happier in my tank than at the fish stores.
It is the ammonia, did you cycle the tank, if so for how long???
I'm no going to yell at ou, but you should only have one tang in there, the foxface is fine.

So do you think if my ammonia levels drop than my blue tang will be ok?
do a water change o get your ammonia down, then once your ammonia levels are down put it in quarintine and do hypo salinity while in quaritine for 3-5 weeks.
Depending on how long the tank has been up and considering the other fish are not showing any signs of distress I doubt your ammonia level is the problem. Its probably the test kit giving a false reading. Double check it with another kit or the lfs.
At this point I would by no means stress the fish and the tank with capture, move to quarantine and treatment.
Water changes are fine and give the fish as varied a diet as possible and monitor the situation closely.
Hmmmm I think theres a tad bit of misguided info here.
There still isn't enough info to correctly state what to do. For instance, have you added anything new to your tank, changed any filters recently? Changed any of your feeding, or water treatments recently? Added any livestock or rock or anything?
A white spot under they eye. Is the fish juvenile what was the color when you got it and now? How long ago did you get it, do your fish pick on eachother at all? Do you have sufficient rock and (hideing places) for your amount of fish?
Do you use tap water to refill your tank? What lighting is on your tank? Did your fish store use copper in their tank?
After we know all these answers we'd probably be able to give much more information to you that would be more accurate and save you some time and money.

Actually, I'm not sure what a proper alk level is.

My salinity is 1.023
I don't test for KH which I probably should
My temp. is at 82 degrees.
May I ask why do you need to test fo KH?
Because if you are not testing for kH/alkalinity, you may have a fluctuating pH, which would definitely stress your fish out.
Here are the proper levels, depending upon what your test kit tests for:
dkH - 8-12
ppm - 143-214
meq/l - 2.86-4.29
I was looking at my blue tang and he also has two white spots on his other side. But they look like they are part of him. And the one spot on his right side looks like there is something dangling.
