Ummmmm.....
I don't have a test kit! :scared:
My Specific Gravity according to my Coralife hydrometer is 1.0215
Also, I haven't seen my Diamond Gobie for like a week since he went into a pistol shrimp tunnel in the sand.

Do you have LR & LS? You may want to just move your inverts and do hypo in the main display. That is going to be a huge bioload on a new and uncycled qt. How big is your display tank? You should get moving on treatment ASAP. Also let us know the water readings that Lion_Crazz asked for.

I have a TON of live rock and about 3 inches deep of sand.

Your going to need a pretty good sized qt and will have to be on top of water changes. In the mean time take an aquarium sponge and place it in your display. It will start to gather some of the bacteria from your cycled tank. You can then put it into the qt once you get it set up. I wouldn't wait too long to get that qt. Those fish need treatment.

Is 30 gallons enough?

How often?
I would go as big as you can afford, because most likely your going to have to do hypo and its really hard to control water parameters in such a small tank. I dont know but maybe someone else knows if you should put all your fish into hypo or just the 2 with ich, because it could spread to the other fish.
Okay, I went out and bought a 55 gallon tank and a Bio-Wheel Filter. The guy at the LFS told me that I didn't have to do a hypo yet, but that I should wait for a week and feed my Blue Hippo Tang a lot and see if he would regain his immunity enough to repel the ich.
Good advice?
I would do hypo on all the fish in the 55 ASAP. You have a heater for this 55?
Do you have a sponge that you could throw in the display to pick up some bacteria from the display?
