I have a 12 gallon nano reef tank I just started, I want to upgrade my lighting to hqi's ... How many watts should I have?

i belive that Current USA make a 150w MH HQI...do a google search for it...

On a serious note, depending on what you want you should be ok with a tiny fixture, like a 100 watt fixture if you are doing sps. Less if you're doing softies.
