Does anyone know how i can catch my domino damsels?? I have a 400 gal reef aquarium with a varaiety of fish and corals, When I set up the aquarium i had eight small Domino damsels, They grew quite fast and have become very agressive with other fish nipping at them, I have a couple of very expemsive fish in there,,namely a Gem Tang and a Balck Tang that the Dominos wont leave alone. I was able to catch 4 out of the eight dminos but have had no luck catching the other 4. I have tried every known method and have fialed and I reallllllllly have to get them out. Does anyone have any suggestions??? Please help!!!

You can try a fish trap, or make one...do a search, some people had some pretty good ideas..
AND GOOD LUCK!!!

This is a very common question on this forum. Here's a copy of a reply I've posted many times, works great:
This may have been me, I always suggest this; but most people think its
silly...until they try it. Tiny hook (hair hook, used to catch bait. Flatten the
barb and bait with a bit of raw shrimp..after the little monster has been eating
it for a day or two. A lfs called me several times, when I I lived in another
state, to help them get unwanted fish out of customer's tanks (almost always
damsels). I never failed, nor hurt a fish (much). I think this one of the most
common questions on this forum. I suspect it is often the result of lfs selling
damsels as "cycle starters".. I'll bet I've posted this reply 20 times; I'm
going to copy & save it...I type very slowly. BTW, I never heard from anyone
that tried this and failed, but have heard several success stories. IMO, it is
no big deal on the fish, far less stressful ,(on the damsel AND tankmates),than
tearing a tank apart.

fish trap, a tiny (baited) hook, stuff like that are the norms...
barring those you could always borrow a panther grouper or an eel.
