i wanna start up a 40 gallon breeder reef tank...wondering what would be my equipment list. sump or no sump just want some opinions and insight from people thanks

Equipment is really going to depend on whether or not you decide to go with a sump. I would really recommend a sump. It gives you a place to hide equipment, extra water volume, and will make for a much more stable system.

how big of a sump and do you recommend a brand and if i go with a sump what would be on my list
