Yep, afraid so, they can be a pain to get rid of too.

I think D-Dzel had first hand experience of them..... See his post... Also look here on the site and Google the term majano........

Yes I can see those. But the color, shape and general apperance still to me looks like majano........... Here is your shot a bit closer in.

I hope you are right and I am wrong, but if in a few weeks these have spread a bunch............ Good luck

Wat I don't understand is why are they together with the green polpys and they do not do them no harm??? To me it seems as if the zoos are reproducing from them

I have Zoa's and Palys that seem to grow anywhere with anything. Some of my Palys are almost as bad taking over areas...... The Zoa's and Palys just do not taste good.

Palys wat is that
Palys are a sort a first cousin to Zoa's
Here is a couple shots from ny tank showing both. The Palys (Palythoas) tend to be a bit bigger than most Zoa's........

I think a clearer picture is in order, because I, too, thought majano as a possible answer. There are irritated and closed polyps right around them, which is a concern. So in short, I don't think we can answer for sure from the picture, but I would investigate Majano just to be sure.
