Help!!!!

Hey SWF members i'm having a problem with my hydrometer i have the instant ocean Hydrometer it won't read my salt levels or gravity it just its the needle guard at the top if anyone has any tips please i'd appreciate it . Thanks

Those are not very reliable...run very warm water in it to melt any salt residue and loosen the arm up. Also tap the container to make sure there are no bubbles to cause a false reading.
If the arm stays at the very top and won't go down your SG could be very high...double-check with another source..
