What size tank do you have?
Can you give us EXACT water test results?
How many powerheads? do you use tap water or ro/di?
It looks like cyano on them......which is a bacteria....have you tried siphoning the red off of them?.....looks like you also have some other algae too....can you post a full tank shot?

I have a 55 gal. I have not tested the water but I have recently but, I will test again.I dont have any powerheads but i have good flitation and water flow. I have one of the biggest aquaclear filter along wtih other medium one. pluse I have a protein skimmer.I use tap water and last couple water changes i've used a Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Tap Water Conditioner. I made sure i used a small amount of the conditioner not knowing if i should use it or not. I'm not sure what cyano is. how can i get rid of it? Then how can i perfent this happening again. How would I siphoning the red off without hurting them. sorry alot of questions i just want everything to be good again.. yeah I will post a picture when i get home. thanks for the help much needed.

Use a turkey baster and just siphon the red off of them, it will not hurt them at all
As far as prevention, there are many things that can be done.....I am betting you need more flow....I would have a minimum of 2 powerheads in a 55G (MINIMUM)
you should look into using ro/di water as soon as you can.....either try to buy an ro/di unit, or try buying water from Walmart or somewhere
Feeding? WHat do you feed nad how much?
Lighting? What type of lighting? and how long do they run?
FIRST THING THOUGH....get the cyano OFF the polyps....it is smothering them

powerheads all i need easy fix.. should i change any of the water or anything.. i feed them ocean nutrition marine pellets formula one and two and instant ocean marine blend. I feed them witch ever one I feel like at the time haha. thats probaly not the best thing. I been feeding them more because i thought one of my fish were pecking at them or something. but usely once or twice a day. They eat like crazy i put food in and its gone really fast. and the lights i have zoo med light top it has two light bubls. i forgot what watt's they are but i remember adding them up when i got it and it what it needed to be at i think. they run from 9AM to 11PM. I can find out the kind of lights they are to if that will help. with that turkey baster can i touch polyps with it or just put it near it?
this is like half of my tank where most of the stuff is

You can touch them....they won;t break....
You also need better food...like frozen mysis, marine cuisine, emerald entree....get rid of the pellets....they are about as nutritious as a potato chip...
do more frequent water changes until you get the algae and bacteria under control...BUT YOU NEED RO/DI WATER....You run you lights WAY TOO LONG
and we need to know your water parameters....what are your nitrates and phosphates????

Although they get most of their food from photosynthesis clove polyps do need supplemental food the cyano may be inhibiting the uptake of this food

FIRST....ditch the strip tests.....get an api test kit that has the basics, and a separate phosphate kit

and it was at this point where we all got lost

I think this is funny because about 2 days ago, my daughter spilled soda on our keyboard. I have been fighting the typos with a vengance lately.
Ditch the strips. API for the basics (pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate) maybe also the API for the advanced (calcium, alk, phosphate)
Start with vacuuming the cyno out during the first part of a water change, then add in the new water carefully to not disturb the cyno that remains.
