My anemone got sucked in my power head. My entire tank died except my clowns. What are my steps from here to get my tank habitable again.

Take the clowns out and put in quarantine. Measure your parameters like you would for a new tank.
Run carbon in the filter - or replace your existing carbon in the filter.
Remove the anemone and the powerhead. Completely clean the powerhead of all signs of dead anemone.
Put a filter on the powerhead or otherwise find out the reason why it was roaming.
or better yet, don't buy another anemone.
Welcome to the forums! I hope you enjoy your stay!

Welcome to the site...sorry about the circumstances.
You have to cover your power heads if want an anemone. Do as Snake instructed...sorry for the loss.

If the anemone was a bubble tip anemone, then wandering is just what they do. The only rule about them is that they will settle down someplace where you don't want them to be - behind a rock, or some other place where a decent ******** decorator would never place them. There are lots of suggested methods for "encouraging" a BTA to locate in a desirable place, but none have ever worked for me, so I just let the animal make its choice and I live with it. That is much healthier for my mental status.
