If you get lugol's iodine on your fingers, what should you do to get it off??? Is it poision if I touch food with those fingers and it the food I made???

Simmer down, breath for a second. I dont think there are any warnings on the bottle. You can go to Kent's website and call and ask them directly. They should still be open.

I am calm, the bottle says do not ingest, will stain clothes, body, and carpet.

iodine posining is if u ingest alot i dont think that u will get sick if it was on ur fingers and u touched some food
as long as u feel fine ur fine

you should be fine if it's only on your hands. It will probably only stain your hands for a bit.

Did you put any table salt on any of your food today??? If so you ingested iodine.
There is not much to worry about.
