Not the best angle from the pic, but yeah that is acuminatus as I suspected...
Is it just me or are they pretty easy to distinguish once you know what to look for? I believe alot of the confusion comes from people seeing web photos with them misidentified. As I said just do a google search on the scientific names and you'll see them all mixed up...
