Here I go!

After almost 9 months of shopping and researching I am now about to jump in to a 90 gallon FOWLR tank. The tank and stand will be delivered this week with live sand, live rock, and ready mixed water. It will have a sump, protein skimmer, uv, heater, etc.
I've browsed around a fair amount on this site (love the 100 things to know!) and feel like I'm ready. Does anyone have any advice on things I might not have thought of (or bugged people at the LFS about) that I should keep in mind during the painfully slow weeks of staring at an empty tank?

For instance....I'm curious as to preferences between buying water at the LFS or mixing your own. I've read advantages to both but I think until I get a lot more comfortable with the hobby I'll go store bought.
I've seen cleanup crews sold online that involve 50+ snails for a 90 gallon tank...do I really need that many?
The store is advising after cycling, and after the cleanup crew to go with just a couple of clowns. Seems logical to me but if i eventually get a dwarf lion are they going to be in trouble?
Really looking forward to getting started...
