I hate to add to the concerns; but the clown looks like it may have Brooklynella (clownfish disease). Look at the spots under the rear dorsal fin. I also agree that the tang has some possible parasite (ich) and the puffer looks extremely thin and gaunt. This may be just photo or glass problems; but, IMO, you have things that need immediate attention going on.

Well,, the puffer is new (and I think she did have ich-my tang got it) I have been treating with triple dose coral life and it seems to be getting better) The puffer was only a so so eater, but I have recently tried shrimp, and she love it-eating well now.
I did not notice (or know about) the clown disease. I have more reading to do.
And yes, that is coral. My fish seem to be pretty good at leaving it alone, even though they are supposed to be unsafe.
They all get along pretty well, although when the Humuhumu tries to steal the shrimp, the puffer lets him know whos boss.
I will post new pics soon and hopefully puffer will look better (if not I may need help) and ich should be gone.

If this is ich and/or Brooklynella; these are very contagious, deadly parasites. If one fish has ich, all fish will probably get it also. You have a beautiful tank & fish and I think you need to aggressively treat this ASAP. I'd post your problem in the disease section of this forum and you'll get great help. I'd also suggest you read this thread; understanding what the "enemy" is will make more sense when you hear treatment options.
