here is what i want, what size tank?

i am upgrading my 160 into ?. i want to keep my broomtail, 2 dog face puffers and 2 epaulettes in for life. what size tank do i need?

I would say the largest that you could afford.:D
Seriously I think a 300 would be minimum, but bigger is better.

I'd be worried about not only mixing two dogfaces, but sharks with the dogfaces. They have a bad habit of snacking on a shark's cartilage. If you have the funds, keep what you have in the 160, and then get a pair of epaulettes, a yellow ray, and maybe an eel or grouper for a 300. Bo

I agree with everything thats been said. For two epaulettes and a few other fish go 300 or bigger. Puffers are one of the no-no species to keep with sharks.
I like Bo's idea of the sharks, a yellow ray, and maybe an eel or grouper(if your filtration allows) for the 300+ personally. That would make one nice tank IMO.

im not getting sharks! if my puffer cant go with them then no. so i plan on my broomtail, midnight puffer and ?????
the other puffer is staying in my 160
