I have noticed my zoa's have been closed up lately. I have a colony of radioactive dragon eye's and they have been doing great for over a year now. All of the sudden, I notice they are closing up. I have checked my water daily for the past week, not much change, but I did notice the PH has dropped a bit.
The other day I noticed one of my hermit crabs on top of the colony, I was going to banish him to the sump, but then yesterday, I noticed 3 or 4 of them all over the colony
, they seem to be either cleaning the algae off the rock they are on, but could they be eating them?
Is this something normal? Is this going to kill my zoa's? Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
