Doug if i were you i would talk to the manager and see if he will do a store to store transfer for you, but its only carried by Home Depot, Lowes will just be a waste of time for you i will post agian the numbers to take into the manager so he dont have to look so hard.

Home Depot SKU: 578-819
UPC: 0210026168655
Model #: 420-100
Give him these numbers and tell him you want a store to store transfer, the SKU is used for all play sand so make sure he specifies SOUTH DOWN in the order. HTH ----Bill

Hey Sinner's Girl the deal with SD sand is its the same thing sold by carib sea with out the live bacteria, its very fine, white and makes a great DSB. Its also sterilized and made of aragonite and helps buffer your tank ive also heard it helps with calcium in your tank. Its only avalible at HD and the #'s are posted above. ---- Bill

Whipple, I am interested, but I don't want to go to Fresno to get it. If we can find a way to bring it to the Bay area, I'm game. I don't check this board often, so if there are any future developments or if you want to contact me for more info, my e-mail is ktwalker@stanford.edu.
cheers,

Hiya Whipple,
Are you still considering this? I am getting more interested in it the more I think about it, and would be interested in knowing how much it would cost to have you U.S. mail the 50lbs bag to me.
