I am not trying to "stir the chili" or come off like a *language!!!!* .. but here it goes...
I often wonder why people support one party or another and hold fast, but sometimes support a view of the other... and within that wonder why people support the person their party "chooses"... because often times they arent the best candidate(s) nor do they hold true to "your" views...
I also wonder why you cast a vote knowing that your vote can mean nothing (popular vote) because of your states electoral votes...
in theory shouldnt you be pounding the doors of your states Electoral Voters???
why not have more than just 1 person be the representative of your party???

I gotta be honest. I only clicked on the thread because when I did a "mouseover" on it I saw the word chili and got intrigued.

i vote... but put more emphasis on the items that are local... i will tell you i havent voted for either of the popular parties in the last 3 elections... was too young previous...
and youre right crash... i fiugured a political thread that takes a little thought process may be too over the top...

Modern elections should be based on popular vote.. lets do away w/ system

Even if they would just get rid of the winner takes all rules the lectorial College wouldn't be nearly as bad. At least New York and California would get to see the Republican and the south would see the Democrat.

I don't want any "help" from a president. I just want him/her to lead our military and uphold the US Constitution.

I vote for none of the above!!! Both candidates are pissing on the American leg and trying to convince you it's raining. I vote for Joe the pizza delivery guy.

The "stimulus check" I got was a refund of my money that Uncle Sugar had previously taken in the form of taxes.
Actually, it is from the taxes you will be paying in the future. it couldn't be from taxes you paid.....our gov't is broke.....
