HH Bug I.D.

3/4 inch long. Hard shell with a soft body and that drape ( ? ) even streches longer than in the photo. Moves " quickly " on the surface in a glideing motion. Pulls into shell when disturbed. HitchHiked on a rock of Clove Polyps.
