Its not doing to well, its taken over by yucky algea!! Heres a picture.

ahhhh cyano.... youll beat it, increas the flow to the bottom of your tank and kill your lighting time about 2 hours less per day. Scoop out what you can without diturbing the sand.... its a pain but it eventually goes away
