hide and seek hippo tank??

i just recently bought a hippo tank, about 4 inchs long.
all its been doing though is hidding in rocks and getting stuck.
my question is, is this normal??

i've had it for about two days now

It won't get stuck. That is typical hippo behavor. Just leave it alone and when he settles in, he'll come out & be socialable....but leave him alone.

I have had my blue hippo for a long time now. He did that all the time into the coral. He stills does it now when scared. Just like the movie Finding Nemo, whats it called, Dariah? The most scared and stupid fish in my tank. Beautiful colors though.

My Hippo flips upside down to wedge himself inside a crack on the underside of a rock tail first! It's normal. He sleeps their too. Look:

That is exactly what mine does, to the point he has to wiggle out backward to get out. Good pics by the way.

I wouldn't call it stupid though. Blue Tang is a good fish but the whole ich problems are annoying.

If you can treat the Ich w/ copper. My Hippo has had Ich twice already. Both times copper worked. Now I soak my frozen food in garlic for fish every so often. It is supposed to prevent Ich...
