My Alk is way high and calcium is low. it was below 400 ppm so i added some calcium is this alone enough to lower the alk? I dont add alot of junk(trace elements etc) when doing water changes although the woman may sneak some when im not looking. any other tricks besides water changes?

Just let Alkalinity fall naturally on its own. Do you know how it got high?
Water changes never hurt.

not really certain to be honest. Just know some of my coral didnt look too happy (xenia and green star polyps and some zoos have died) So i tested it and was like whoa not good. how long does it take to fall naturally?

It varies with the consumption rate. More corals, clams, snails = faster consumption.
It would help more if you listed the level. High can mean many things.
Raising Calcium back to 400ppm is fine but I do not recommend attempting to lower ALK by raising Calcium. This can have unpleasant side effects.
