High Calcium

Need some help with calcium level. I have 29g, LS, 22#LR, 2 percula clowns, yellow-tail damsel, emerald crab, 10 snails, blue-leg crabs, mushrooms, yellow polyps, sun coral.
I use Oceanic salt and was making very frequent water changes to get nitrates under control....I don't add ANY supplements. My calcium levels are in the 600s!!!!
SG 1.024
Nitrite 0
Am 0
Nitrate 10
PH 8.0
I don't know why its SO high! Could it be the salt mix I am using? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It is the Oceanic salt, I use it and I always test in the 600 with salifert test kits. It has never caused any problems for me, I worried about it for a while, but now I just don't worry about it. I honestly don't know if the calcium is truly that high or if there is something in that salt mix that causes it to falsely test high.

Why haven't you tested the Ca level of freshly mixed saltwater?
