high P.H.

just calabrated my p.h. pen and got a reading of 8.35 at 7:30 pm 30 min before the end of the photo period how can I safly lower my p.h

You should be gald it's 8.35. I wouldn't mess with it.Trying to force it to change could cause more trouble than you think.

How do you raise the PH??? mine is reading at 8. I have been adding buffers, but this does not seem to make any difference. I also just did a water change with no change in the PH..
