high temps

Hi, my 240 gallon is always hot around 83 degrees. It is in the basement so the room temperature is low. But my lighting is huge, I have an ice cap ballast on it tho. I shortened the light hours but it is still a little high. Anyone have suggestions on bringing it down? Thanks
