Hikari frozen Rotifers for clown fry?

I had just found this product online and I was wondering if anyone had thoughts for it being used as a substitute for live Rotifers when feeding newly hatched clownfish larvae?

In my experience newborn Clownfish larvae do not eat anything that doesn't move.

ah ok, i figured it would be way too easy, so raising the live rotifers is the only way to go?

You can buy live rotifiers. I think in the long run it is less expensive if you grow them yourself though.

Rotifers are used for a few good reasons:
1 - They move slowly so are easy for larvae to catch
2 - They are the right size for tiny mouths
3 - They can be easily gut loaded with nutrition
4 - They are easy to propogate
