My hippo tang has been re-arranging the loose shells on the bottom of my tank. I was wondering how empty shells were ending up on the top of corals and LR. Today I caught the little SOB redhanded. He picks one up, swims across the tank and drops the shell in no specific spot.
Has anyone ever noticed their hippo tang or any other fish do this before?:confused:

It's common in fish to do this, esspecially clownfish. The Paracanthus Hepatus is most likely cleaning up its taratory, by taking loose shells and moving them to another locating. I would say it's normal.
