Hitch hiker on snail?

I just noticed these 2 oranges tube like things growing in the snail.
Anyone know what they are?
Look right where arrows are pointing.

Looks like little vermetid snails to me. Vermetid snails are sessile snails that live in tubes and filter feed using mucus strands. A good guy.
