Hitchhicker Snails? ID maybe?

I found this last night, it had ate a nice line right through my green zoo's. Took it out, its now in a little cup of tank water, found a second one later again on the coral. Its a snail of some sort... It looks almost like the margarita's but tiny... Its about the size of the a thumb tack... COuld my snails of reproduced? I havent added anything to the tank in a good long while. Your Thoughts? Its the little tiny thing in the bottom of the pic...

Thats a sundial snail. They eat zoos. Make sure there arent anymore.

Any ideas where they may have come from? What else do they eat besides zoo's? I am debating throwing them in my sump fuge... I hate to kill any living creature, even if they are eating my stuff...

Problem with going in the sump is they may multiply and some could end up back in the display to munch on your Zoas.

Spanko, love the hopey-changey pic... Absoutely great... I have a filter pad on my return pump so anything in the sump will have a rough time getting back into the tank... It filters out everything, including sand, so I am not to worried... I'm more concerned where they came from. I havetn added rock in months, and these things look relatively young... Yesterday was the first I have seen them, the second one appeared minutes after I got the first one out...

Stuff just appears from the rocks sometimes. I swear over the course of the time I have had my tank I have pulled out 1/2 dozen or more crabs. Would think they were gone and another would come out of nowhere.

Those are actually pretty big for the what they are. I have seen a few monsters but those are pretty much the adult size I see. I kept a sundial snail tank for awhile.
It may sound cruel to take them out and dispose of them properly, but it's more cruel IMO to put them in the fuge without a food source to slowly starve to death.
They are obligate zoa eaters.

So what is the "proper" way to dispose of them? So far only found 2... I take it they are very very small then? Like I said the two I found could easily fit on a dime and have space to roam around...

if they are obligate zoa eaters, and i have no zoa's, does anyone have any clue why these things would be thriving in my tank? it just seemed that they were'nt hurting anything, and now i hear they are bad. anybody know what else they eat?
atleast i think they are sundial snails, but wasn't sure after looking at other pictures online.. here's a pic

Because what you have are collonista snails.... they are a great hitchhiker.
