Thanks! PerfectDark. Normally how long does it take for a leather toadstool to grow to its adult size? And with both the WSP and toadstool, do they require the normal strong lighting and trace elements to grow?
Toadstool and WSP corals require moderate lighting. If yours grew you have sufficient lighting for it. The Toadstool will enjoy and actually require flow, moderate indirect flow. Yes trace elements are essential for all corals to live.

Definitely a leather. Looks just like "devils hand" that I just fragged. Stuck a "finger" that I fragged into a hole in a rock, and it looks just like yours. Nice pick-up. Good luck with them.

No way! Nice!!!
I'm still new but learning as I go about corals. I'm waiting to frag my Ric and my mushrooms. To small though. The ric is about 3" with one mouth and the mushrooms are tiny. How do you frag a leather???

Just cut off a "finger" with sharp scissors or a razor blade. I was told to remove it from the tank before fragging, as it releases something into the water when cut. Cut a finger off and glue or rubberband it to a piece of LR or something else.

Here's a couple of updated pics. The first one I was told they where green star polyps, this looks more pinkish and no green to it. The second looks like a hammer coral or frogspawn maybe??? I don't know!
First picture looks like a strawberry coral
