I have recently noticed a green branch type thing coming off a piece of my life rock. It is 2-3 inches long and looks just like a tree branch. I tried to get a picture, but it is too far in the back of my tank to get a good one. Any ideas?

Here is a link to some hitchhikers. hitchhikers Sounds like a Nudi, look at post #12. If it is, I also read where they are toxic so use care when removing it. If you go to the archived and FAQ forum there is acouple of links on marine hitchhickers.

No, thats not it, looks more like a tree branch, no leaves, just a very skiny tree branch.
